Sheldon Browne | Founder

Sheldon S. Browne is a professional business consultant with extensive experience (over two decades) in the private equity, corporate and venture capital field. His core consulting specialties include international structuring, feasibility and business plan development, financial modeling, budget preparation.

However, he is also competent in business and project development, fund raising, contract negotiation, merger and acquisition advisory services, policy creation, marketing and team building.

Sheldon has provided his core specialties to local governments,, regional and international entities which include a regional university, a global luxury jewellery brand, an international interior design house, a telecommunication company, media houses, private medicals facilities, and a number of startups.

Sheldon enjoys F1 car racing, super yachts and traveling for new experiences.

Asha Forde | Economist

Asha Forde:

Asha Forde is a seasoned economist with a strong background in research, analysis, and strategic economic planning. At ECM, she advises clients on feasibility, growth opportunities, and market strategy, drawing on more than a decade of experience in academia, consulting, and project analysis.

Before joining ECM, Asha served as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, where she specialized in mathematics and economics, building a reputation for translating complex concepts into practical insights. She has also contributed internationally, representing Barbados in renewable energy development research through an Inter-American Development Bank program in Scotland.

Holding both a Master’s in Renewable Energy Management and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Economics, Asha combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills. Her ability to bridge analytical rigor with clear, accessible guidance makes her a valuable partner to ECM’s clients.
