  • Step 1. Begin by clicking here and scheduling a consultation with us where we can gain an understanding of where you are in your journey, and what you are tryin to achieve. During this consultation we will also expand beyond what is provided on this website regarding our competencies. The fee for this service is $250 USD/hr. Payable prior to consultation. The payment methods and banking coordinates will be provided at time of scheduling.

    Step 2. Should your project be one we can effectively execute, you will be required to complete the appropriate Know your Prospect (KYP) Form in its entirety. The appropriate fees for this regulatory requirement are as follows:

    - Individual KYP Fee: $2,000 USD (Applicable to each individual client or beneficial owner).

    - Corporate KYP Fee: $5,000 USD (Applicable to each corporate entity).

    **Note:** Completing of this process DOES NOT signify that you or the entity are now a client of ECM. This only means are QUALIFIED to be a client of ECM.

    Step 3. Upon the results of the KYP Report being acceptable by our internal compliance department, you are now eligible to become a client of ECM. As such, a Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) Agreement MUST be signed with a one-time non-negotiable, and a non-refundable engagement fee of USD 5,000 is required.

    Step 4. After the above is accomplished, a service contract will be prepared with the terms of service. This contract will then need to be reviewed, signed and dated by the relevant parties to the contract. After this is fulfilled, you are now a client of ECM.

  • We facilitate the consultations either face-to-face or online via the Teams or Zoom platform. Please note that consultations are designed to interact with one or more of our consultants and the individual with which the consultation is scheduled. Should more than one person be intended for the consultation on the client side, that would be viewed as another consultation and additional fees ($250 USD) are required.

    1. Duration of Consultations:

    - Consultation durations can vary based on the nature and complexity of the client's needs. Some consultations may be brief initial discussions, while others may require more in-depth exploration.

    - It's common for initial consultations to last an hour. However, for more comprehensive discussions or strategy sessions, consultations could extend beyond that timeframe in hourly slots.

    2. Number of Attendees on the Client Side:

    - The number of persons allowed to attend a consultation on the client side is often flexible, depending on the nature of the discussion and the topics to be covered, however, please note that each attendee on the client side are viewed as a separate consolation and when booking, please indicate such and book accordingly. This information can help your firm prepare appropriately, ensuring that all key stakeholders are included in the discussion.

    3. Preparation and Agenda:

    When booking the consultation, provide us with a background to the situation you are facing and the intended goal(s).During our consultation we outright state our ability to perform the required tasks and timelines for such if possible at that time. We will also go into detail on how we conduct business, whether we will need to involve third-party service providers, our pricing and any relevant information at that time.

    4. Follow-Up Process:

    - After the initial consultation, we will follow up via email, a summary of our findings an an action list for the best way forward and cost with any differences should there be any from what was stated in the consultation.

    5. Flexibility and Customization:

    Please note that we can provide an element of flexibility to the consultation process based on the client's specific situation. This is refined to include adjusting the duration (longer, never shorter), format, or allowing additional participants if necessary.

  • We have up front legal and processing costs associated with incorporating a company and opening a bank account. Furthermore, this policy prevents any hold-ups in your incorporation/banking opening process.

    All incorporation, bank account opening support, consulting services, and retainer services must be paid upfront as a one-time payment or as a pre-payment relevant to the specific service being performed.

  • Refund Policy for Efficient Consulting & Management Inc. (ECM)

    Effective Date: December 1st, 2023

    1. Refund Eligibility:

    - Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

    - If ECM fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the contract.

    - If there are technical issues or errors on our part that significantly impact the quality of the service.

    - If the client cancels the service within the agreed-upon cancellation period outlined in the contract.

    2. Refund Process:

    - Clients must submit a refund request in writing to [Contact Email] within [number of days] days of the occurrence of the eligible circumstance.

    - The refund request should include a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any supporting documentation.

    3. Evaluation and Approval:

    - ECM will review the refund request within FIVE (5) business days.

    - If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within FIVE (5) business days from the date of approval.

    - Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    4. Non-Refundable Services:

    - Certain services may be deemed non-refundable due to their nature. This includes, but is not limited to, initial consultation fees, research and analysis services, and other services explicitly outlined as non-refundable in the contract.

    5. Client Responsibilities:

    - Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of the services.

    - Failure to provide essential information may result in a delay in service delivery, and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

    6. Changes to Services:

    - If there are changes to the scope of the services agreed upon in the contract, ECM reserves the right to reevaluate the pricing and terms, and any additional fees incurred will not be eligible for a refund.
