Client Eligibility Standards

Onboarding clients is a crucial process for us as a business development and management consulting firm, as such, we take great pride in our client roster as it sets the tone for the entire client relationship. As such, we have established clear standards to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. Here are some key standards to consider:

  • We subscribe to this principle simply because it is the responsibility of the disclosing party (Prospect) and intermediaries by federal, state, central bank, and financial authorities' policy to conduct their own Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating of Financial Terrorism (CFT) & Financial Action Task Force (FATF) of transactions and clients they are representing prior to interacting with ECM.

    All fraudulent files, documents and correspondents identified by our compliance department (internal or external) will automatically be submitted to the relevant authorities along with the information on the disclosing party, including attorneys, accountants, brokers or other legal representatives (intermediaries) responsible for the submission of all information via written mediums inclusive of, but not limited to, this filled out document, emails, and screenshots of conversations.

  • Prospective clients must disclose and display their budgets and financial capacity to afford the services of ECM.

  • Prospects must accept our standardized contracts that clearly outline the scope of services, expectations of clients, and payment terms. Prospects must ensure all necessary legal and compliance documents are completed on their end.

  • Having mature conversations is an inescapable part of doing serious business with us, as we only conduct serious business. Our clients must understand at a fundamental level that results costs resources of which our time is a valuable input. Clients must also understand that there are no shortcuts to long-term and sustainable growth.

  • Time is a critical and finite resource for us as consultants, and its value is paramount in our success. We are hired to provide expertise, solve problems, and deliver results within specified timeframes. ECM thrives on efficiency, as time directly correlates with productivity and client satisfaction. We are often called to work on tight deadlines, and the ability to manage time effectively is essential for meeting client expectations. Additionally, time is directly tied to financial considerations, as ECM typically bill clients based on hours worked. Kindly recognize this, as we most DEFINITELY do !!!
